Podeliti ga na 5 delova.<br /><br />Razvijati kore (veličina pleha od šporeta) jednu po jednu. Prvu koru staviti u pleh (nepodmazan) premazati četvrtinom fila, potom razviti drugu koru, staviti preko fila i tako redom. Završava se korom koja se premazuje preostalim belancima. Testo mora brzo da se razvija da ne bi narastalo a možete i izbockati svaku koru čačkalicom. Peći u zagrejanoj rerni, na nižoj temperaturi, oko 180 stepeni. Pre pečenja kolač izbockajte čačkalicom, do dna, da ne bi narastao.
